This is important since my husband was already working in Florida. You went the extra mile (and more) in meeting the inspectors, arranging for the work to be done, agreeing to pay for the work in my absence, and even checking on the dogs. I really appreciate this since I had already made arrangements to be out of town for a month to recuperate from surgery.
